De La Salle Taekwondo Varsity Team – served his school for 2 years [2006-2007 and 2007-2008] as a Taekwondo Jin who competes regularly on national competition including the National Collegiate Athletic Association [NCAA]
Association of Information Management – worked as the lead Publications Head of the organization. He managed team buildings for the organization. He was the lead designer of the organization and developed an application system for the said organization.
Media Max – as the professional organization of Multimedia Arts students focuses on basic need of the said target audience. He was a member of the organization for school year 2008-2009. Working for them as their Student Adviser for the year 2008-2009.
Computer Business Association – hence to be the professional organization of the Computer Applications students of the De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde. Working for them as their Student Adviser for the year 2008-2009. He is also an active member of this organization.
Council of Presidents – serves as the mother unit of all organization inside the college. He has been working as the Treasurer and in-charge of the Finance department of the organization. Handled the registration committee and Ticket committee to their first joint project, Frosh Solidarity Night.
Microsoft Imagine Cup 2009 – A participant in this said event and will be working for the Software design challenge of Microsoft. They bagged the 1st runner up trophy in the said event.
Philippine Taekwondo Contingent – He has been a proud member and team captain of the contingent. He worked here as the team captain that lead the batch for 3 consecutive years.

Makati Prime Towers Building Administration System or MPT-BAS is a web application integrated solution which covers the key aspects of Condominium Building Administration which includes reservation of amenities for tenants, water and electricity reading, statement of accounts generation, inventory and requisition for building maintenance, tenants and guest tracing and parking system and reports.
The company’s website was revamped to give way for our proposed web application. Minor changes were made as additional features were added to the site.
The system is designed for the administration and tenants of the company wherein the tenants can keep track of their billing history, parking history, parking details, and have the ability to reserve amenities online. The administration on the other hand can keep track of the billing history of all tenants, request supplies in building the inventory, manage to lessen the paper in the meter reading for all tenants of Makati Prime Towers and the guest and tenants parking wherein they can keep track of who’s going in and out of the premises of Makati Prime Towers.
The administration shall use the system in their daily building administration activities. They have the right to register a tenant especially when the tenant is new in the building. Ability to procure items for building inventory and add it into the inventory supplies management wherein maintenance people can request for supplies they need for a specific project on the said building. Every month they need to read meters, by using a PDA that is connected to the local area. By that, water and electricity reading are now being saved into the system’s database. In line with the management side system is a security in the premise parking, the company has its RFID placed and connected to the parking entrance wherein both Administration and tenant can use their RFID tags in entering the building, while the guest will have a printed receipt that serves as their tags inside the building.
Once registered to the system, tenants have its access on his/her user account. In the system, we have a one room, one account policy. Through the system, tenants can manage to view both settled and unsettled accounts in the billing section. As part of the buildings’ security, tenants will be able to see his/her car information, car entry and exit history updated in real-time. Added to their security is the RFID card that states every tenant has its own car. Another feature which the tenant can enjoy is the ability to reserve amenities like the swimming pool, videoke box, and skyline.
Lastly, Building Administration System is equipped with Crystal Reports wherein you can view and print reports anytime as to access building operation.

Reflection
I don’t know how will I start my reflection but let me narrate to you what transpired on my whole OJT term.
One thing I realize is that, it is difficult to look for an OJT company that will welcome us Information Systems as well as Computer Application students. Yes, IT people are in demand but not all companies have an opening with regards to internship in their Information Technology department. Maybe we’re looking for an established company that we can be proud of and that we can inscribe on our Curriculum Vitae. To tell you, I overlooked at this. When I was on my intern company I suddenly realize that I am not working for a multi-national company that others came up having. Well its okay, I told myself everything has a reason why it happened.
On our OJT Company I together with Ivy and Paul served as the team leaders of the whole OJT group. J I think we were chosen to be one due to the fact that we are the one who are doing our task swiftly and can deal with our time correctly. We are actually building up Google analytics-like system for the company which they will be using to track and administer data gathering and statistics to their main development platform which is FreeTxt. As a team leader, I am responsible of the team’s performance, how well they are doing with their task and if ever help them on their duty. At first I love what I am doing but as we are getting tied with our work it seems that I am tired of the same system. Well, we did that system for almost 2 months that we can actually do it for about 2 weeks 3 weeks. The reason is that we have the system that their server cannot sustain. We cannot change our analytics system because we know we did the simplest way how to do it. They just let us connect to different servers with different database format, which we need to, redo all our codes. I did enjoy my stay there but not so well. As far as the concepts are concerned we had a lot of PHP on our intern company and we applied it well. Actually concepts on PHP development aren’t strong yet on our batch but I know we don’t need to be spoon feed with information regarding those matters. I personally learned a lot on PHP development after I did my intern. I did some research on some parts of the system we are developing, I actually find it hard at first to development using that web language but after that I did well. For me, Sir Dave did a great job instilling us the value of open source on our WEBDEVT and EBIZ subjects. I am proud that I am able to share my talents to my intern host and that I practiced what I’ve learned in the academe. Being an intern is a challenge, challenge that you should face. I am proud of myself for being able to put into practice what I’ve read from my secondary years through my college years and by being a nice servant-leader which my alma mater Don Bosco Technical Institute instill to their students which my intern company have seen that I am equipped with, being able to serve while leading. For me, having an internship experience is important for those undergraduate who will soon establish their own name and career. For being out of the college for quite some time will carve up your experience and may teach what will happen to you after you leave your school. For I know that you cannot learn everything in school but you will learn majority of it when you’re in the field in this case putting up or having an internship program in an academe will let their students hone and learn more about what they’ve had when they were in the academe.
