Makati Prime Towers Building Administration System or MPT-BAS is a web application integrated solution which covers the key aspects of Condominium Building Administration which includes reservation of amenities for tenants, water and electricity reading, statement of accounts generation, inventory and requisition for building maintenance, tenants and guest tracing and parking system and reports.

The company’s website was revamped to give way for our proposed web application. Minor changes were made as additional features were added to the site.

The system is designed for the administration and tenants of the company wherein the tenants can keep track of their billing history, parking history, parking details, and have the ability to reserve amenities online. The administration on the other hand can keep track of the billing history of all tenants, request supplies in building the inventory, manage to lessen the paper in the meter reading for all tenants of Makati Prime Towers and the guest and tenants parking wherein they can keep track of who’s going in and out of the premises of Makati Prime Towers.

The administration shall use the system in their daily building administration activities. They have the right to register a tenant especially when the tenant is new in the building. Ability to procure items for building inventory and add it into the inventory supplies management wherein maintenance people can request for supplies they need for a specific project on the said building. Every month they need to read meters, by using a PDA that is connected to the local area.  By that, water and electricity reading are now being saved into the system’s database. In line with the management side system is a security in the premise parking, the company has its RFID placed and connected to the parking entrance wherein both Administration and tenant can use their RFID tags in entering the building, while the guest will have a printed receipt that serves as their tags inside the building.

Once registered to the system, tenants have its access on his/her user account. In the system, we have a one room, one account policy. Through the system, tenants can manage to view both settled and unsettled accounts in the billing section. As part of the buildings’ security, tenants will be able to see his/her car informationcar entry and exit history updated in real-time. Added to their security is the RFID card that states every tenant has its own car. Another feature which the tenant can enjoy is the ability to reserve amenities like the swimming pool, videoke box, and skyline.

Lastly, Building Administration System is equipped with Crystal Reports wherein you can view and print reports anytime as to access building operation.
